Until now, Luxembourg was perceived as the only compelling European onshore fund domicile for fund managers. The ILP is a regulated Irish fund structure, which takes the form of a common law partnership regulated by the Central Bank.
Watch our webinar hosted in conjunction with Dillon Eustace, FundRock & Reframe Capital, which outlines the key features and manager considerations of the Irish ILP Regime.
